Production and sale of seedlings at JSC "Latvian State Forests" – container seedlings and bare-root seedlings with improved root systems certified according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The certificate is an acknowledgement of the company's quality management system, developed and improved over the years, and the system's compliance with internationally-recognized quality standards, which provides high-grade and quality services.

During production, we track the seedling cultivation process from seed to ready-made, packed, and final-sold product. Traceability of cultivation and seedling origin is ensured throughout every stage of tree nursery's growing cycle.

The production process of container seedlings and bare-root seedlings with improved root systems ensures traceability of origin, which is important for forest owners and rangers. Every geographical district offers seedlings of the most suitable origin, thus ensuring the largest possible productivity of a future forest.

Acquisition of seeds takes place at seed plantations with the highest genetic value possible.

The certificate has been acquired in the respective field of activity – production and sale of forest seedlings.

The certificate was issued by the internationally-recognized certification company Bureau Veritas Certification.
