JSC “Latvia's State Forests” (LVM) is announcing a tender for the lease of right of use of subterranean resources at “Žagatas-Skuškava Swamp” peat deposit in Rēzekne Municipality, Gaigalava Rural Territory. Proposals should be submitted at LVM Riga Customer Centre, 1 Vaiņodes Street by 8 November, 11:00.
The total area offered for lease is 96.4 hectares, including 90.66 hectares for peat extraction. The initial rent for the extraction of minerals is EUR 42 per hectare per year.
The peat deposit “Žagatas-Skuškava Bog” is located in Rēzekne Municipality, Gaigalava Rural Territory, on parts of land units with the cadastral designation number 7854 009 0190 8001 with an area of 90.66 ha, 7854 009 0190 8002 with an area of 5.74 ha and is part of the real estate “Valsts mežs” (cadastre designation number 7854 009 0190).
