A New Offer for Forest Reforestation and Maintenance Works

In order to ensure timely and high-quality forest management and restoration, JSC “Latvia's State Forests” (LVM) announces a tender for forestry works by concluding a general agreement. Contractors both with and without forestry experience are invited to take part in this tender. Tender proposals should be submitted in the electronic procurement system (EIS) by 22 November; 12.00.
The tender gives an opportunity for people from all regions of Latvia with different skills and experience in forest works to apply for forestry services. The planned scope of works is 93 000 hectares.
Within the framework agreement, the contracting authority and the supplier shall agree on the contracts and conditions under which they will be concluded during a fixed period of time.
WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
In November, LVM will hold meetings in all regions of Latvia to provide assistance and information on how to apply for the tender in the Electronic Procurement System (EIS). Only applicants already registered in the Electronic Procurement System may submit a tender proposal.

LVM procurement conditions are available in the State Electronic Information System www.eis.gov.lv. The changes to the public procurement rules came into effect earlier this year. These changes are provided for in Section 1 Clause 23 of the Public Procurement Law.
