JSC "Latvia's State Forests" to Arrange its Procurements in the Electronic Procurement System

JSC "Latvia's State Forests" (LVM) would like to draw the attention of its cooperation partners to changes in the public procurement announcement procedure, which came into force at the beginning of this year.

In the future, the LVM buyer profile will be available in the state electronic information system www.eis.gov.lv. These changes are provided for in Section 1 Clause 23 of the Public Procurement Law.

"The above mentioned amendments to the normative documents stipulate that the company's website will no longer be a public procurement site and all procurements will be available in one place," says Lauris Biezais, Senior Procurement and Contract Manager at LVM.

Therefore, the procurement documentation and all related information published by LVM, which according to the requirements of the applicable laws and regulations must be published on the client's buyer profile, will be available here:
