JSC "Latvia's State Forests" in the Electronic Procurement System

Please be advised that according to Section 39 of the Public Procurement Law and Paragraph 3 of the Transitional Provisions of this Law, as of 1 April 2018 procurement procedures (if a public supply contract or service contract has a contract price of EUR 42 000 or more, and the contract price of public construction works contract is EUR 170 000 or more) must be arranged, providing for electronic submission of tender proposals in the Electronic Procurement System (www.eis.gov.lv). 

Information on the procedure for the submission of tender proposals for a particular procurement and the reference to the section of the Electronic Procurement System where the proposals should be drawn up are available in the section "Biznesa partneri" (Business Partners) under the heading "Iepirkumi" (Procurements) of the website of JSC "Latvia's State Forests". The information is provided for each procurement separately.
