LVM Kalsnava Arboretum takes part in a festival in Zaube

Zaube Open-air Culinary Festival took place on 9 July, in Amata Municipality on the shore of Lake Augšezers and Lake Lejas ezers. LVM Kalsnava Arboretum took part in the festival offering the visitors a number of exciting things.

Guests were very much interested in the wooden puzzles intended for creating pictures of a variety of wild and domestic animals living in Latvia. Grown-ups were busy trying to find pairs in the pictures of flowers and fruit, which turned out to be quite a tricky task. In turn, the smallest visitors were given a task to find places that match different forms of leaves.

Participants were challenged to test their agility by throwing cones in a spruce. Guests of all generations were involved in various attractions. It was also fun to watch how enthusiastically children, their parents and even grandparents were competing in a game called "Circus".

The tent of Kalsnava Arboretum was also visited by Pigman, who played games together with children and invited them to a special photo session. Thanks to the organisers and to all the visitors!
