If only one candidate applies for the tender, the applicant will receive the rights to sign an agreement, paying the tender's organizer EUR 55,000. If at least two candidates apply for the tender, an auction with the starting price of EUR 55,000 will be organized.

Deadline for submissions – July 20, 2015.

Eleja missile base (also known as Tīsi missile base) was established in  the 1960s. It consists of an army town, rocket shed, missile hangar, and Dvina silo complex, which was intended for the launching of four R-12 missiles. The silos have become increasingly dangerous and can threaten local residents and wildlife, as the complex could collapse and cave-in.
