Paintings of litter-free forests drawn at Mammadaba Cartoon Mornings final screening

The Mammadaba Cartoon Mornings series concluded on the sunny Saturday of May 19 with Cūkmens (Pigman) sharpening his teaching skills. A gallery of forest paintings was created by children in an artistic atmosphere.

The third screening of Mammadaba Cartoon Mornings was organised in cooperation with the French Institute in Latvia, during which the little visitors became familiar with Gaston and Coline learning about the world in an animated French film “My Little Planet” (Ma petite planète chérie). Before the screening, the children drew a joint painting of a clean, litter-free forest, and various forest animals came to life at a face-painting workshop.

The events organised as part of Mammadaba Cartoon Mornings and the educational part are all meant to let children themselves notice and realise that it is necessary to take care of nature. Mother Nature is generous, she is all around us everywhere, caring for us – and we can respond by doing the same. Mammadaba invites to you enjoy sunny weather and relax in Latvia’s state forests.
