Corporate value of LVM ranks second in Latvia
AS Latvijas valsts meži (LVM) ranks second, following the biggest bank Swedbank, in the list of undertakings with highest assets in Latvia, which was published in the business newspaper Dienas Bizness.The released figures show that despite the tight situation and the global crisis, which broke out in the second half of 2008, the corporate value of LVM increased from 574.9 million lats last year to 617.5 million lats this year.
The list of the most valuable undertakings, which is published each year, is made by the biggest business newspaper in Latvia in cooperation with the corporate finance company Laika Stars.
