JULY 1st BEGINS CRAY FISHING SEASON IN LVM (“LATVIAN STATE FORESTS”) LAKES.

Crayfish have always been a popular delicacy. However, it is worth knowing that today it is possible to be legally engaged in crayfishing only in places where it is allowed within the limits of licensed fishing. In other places cray fishing is forbidden. Unfortunately, there are not so many authorised crayfishing areas in Latvia. Knowing that today there are quite a lot of people wanting to crayfish, ”Latvijas valsts meži” (“Latvian State Forests”) offers to all comers to try recreation facilities of Tērvetes (Gulbju) Reservoir   and Lake Lielauces .
