Easter in Tervete Country Park
On Sunday, the 16th of April, starting at 13.00 everyone is invited to “Latvian Easter hullabaloo” in the TerveteCountryPark.
The band "Maskačkas spēlmaņi" and folklore group "Zvīgzna" will help to keep up the good spirit. In the large pot on the fire women will cook and colour eggs, and at the same time men will be able to compete in egg frying. It will be possible to swing, guess riddles, dance, sing and play. There will be egg colouring competition, egg fights and other competitions. There will be also special entertainment for kids – attractive Easter bunnies will join them in the great wooden egg rolling competition.
It will be possible to try Easter food at the buffet. You should bring with you white and coloured eggs to this event. Entrance to the TerveteCountryParkby ticket only.
