LVM Zemes dzīles Implements the Latest Technologies and Receives the ISO 9001 Compliance Certificate

By purposefully implementing various types of latest technologies in its operations and successfully conducting two assessment audits, this April LVM Zemes dzīles received an ISO 9001 compliance certificate in the field of “Geodesic works in mining and quarrying”. The certificate means that the processes introduced by LVM Zemes dzīles, the equipment used, and the competence of employees meet the highest quality management requirements, providing excellent quality services.

The LVM Zemes dzīles team continuously improves various operational processes, expanding the competences and knowledge of its employees, and invests funds in the purchase of innovative technological equipment to guarantee timely execution of orders, accuracy and maintain constant quality of service and production. Targeted investments in the research and implementation of the latest technologies also contributed to the acquiring of the ISO 9001 compliance certificate.

The ISO 9001 compliance certificate increases the satisfaction and trust of LVM Zemes dzīles customers both in the process itself and in the results obtained, provides confidence in the accuracy of the measurements performed at the mineral extraction sites and the processing of the data obtained, as well as ensures high quality of the processes in which the data on the volumes or quantities of minerals extracted.

The evaluation process of LVM Zemes dzīles was started in December 2023 in cooperation with SIA “Latvijas rūpnieku tehniskās drošības ekspertu apvienība” – TÜV Rheinland group. In a relatively short time, two assessment audits were successfully completed and on April 27, an ISO compliance certificate was obtained in the field of “Geodesic works in mining and quarrying”. The certificate confirms that LVM Zemes dzīles meets the quality management requirements described in ISO 9001:2015 “Quality management systems. Requirements” standard and is valid for the next three years.
